Price and Payment
The prices quoted on this website do not include local taxes or import duties which may be applicable in some locations.
Payments are accepted through PayPal via the website, using your PayPal account or major credit or debit cards.
ANA GADA Ltd reserves the right to change or remove information or prices on this website without notice.
Availability
All the orders that are placed through our website are filled as soon as possible, and are subject to availability. If an item is not available for immediate shipping you will be contacted with an estimated shipping date. If you have an urgent delivery date please notify us through our 'Contact' page. Although we typically ship through standard shipping services, rush deliveries through FedEx or DHL may be available at additional cost.
Quality Assurance
If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us through our 'Contact' page, and we will make every effort to replace or repair the item as soon as possible.
The descriptions and images on our website may vary slightly from the item you receive, as each ANA GADA piece is handmade. Natural variations in stone colour and signature disc imprints are part of what makes each ANA GADA piece a unique work of art.
Commissions
The initial consultation for commissioned pieces is free of charge. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the start of the project, with the remainder due before delivery. Changes to the original order may incur additional cost.
